The Caribbean SUNSHINE Awards™ 2008
People's Choice Award Nomination Form

The SUNSHINE Awards™ organization invites you to suggest/recommend the artist/CD, record or tape of your choice for the SUNSHINE Awards™ 2008 People's Choice Award. The SUNSHINE Awards™ 2008 is scheduled for October 25th 2008 in New York at 6:00pm.

The requirements for consideration for the "People's Choice" Award are:

bulletAll CDs, records or tapes released between September 1, 2005 and August 31, 2006 are eligible for consideration.
bulletAll CDs, records or tapes submitted for consideration must be legally commercially available.
bulletAll suggestions/recommendations for consideration must be submitted on the following form and mailed to the SUNSHINE Awards™ No Later Than June 15, 2008.
