Requirements For Eligibility
 | All records, CDs or tapes released between September 1, 2006 and August 31,
2007 are eligible for consideration. |
| All records, CDs or tapes submitted for consideration must be commercially available. |
| All records, CDs or tapes submitted for consideration must be mailed with the following: |
-
a completed and signed entry form
- a copy of your biography
- a photograph of yourself.

| This program is open to all regardless of age, race, sex, religion, disability or nationality. |
| Each applicant can select a maximum of four (4) categories and nominate someone for the
Caribbean SUNSHINE Awards Hall of Fame.® |
| Each applicant must submit only one (1) calypso/song per category. |
All material submitted becomes the property of the
Caribbean SUNSHINE Awards™. Violation of these terms and conditions will render the entry form invalid. The SUNSHINE Awards™ organization reserves the right to disqualify any entry form not meeting the terms and conditions of the
SUNSHINE Awards™ Program. |
